- The Cemetery is involved in providing for the location and several other activities related to the burial
- Clergy or Speaker for the service(s)
The Funeral home provides what?
We will help the family walk through the many steps and decisions that a family will go through in providing a loving celebration of life. This includes the initial transportation of your loved one to our care. Once they are in our care we will begin preparing them for their celebration of life. We will assist the family in getting the required information for the county and state. We will help guide you and your family in working through the details to ensure a successful celebration of life. In approximately a week, we will provide you with the documentation that you will need to move forward .
What Does the Cemetery Provide?
The Cemetery personnel will meet with you to discuss the costs that your will incur with the selection of the burial site. The costs associated with burial are the following: selection and purchase of the desired space for your loved one. The decision to choose a mausoleum or ground burial location. The additional costs will include open and closing of the location selected, outer burial container (this can be purchased from the funeral home also), and memorialization (marker or headstone).
What does the clergy or speaker provide?
The Clergy or Speaker is usually chosen by the family. They will normally speak at the funeral itself and subsequently at the graveside. If for some reason you are unable to locate a speaker, the Funeral Home Director will be able to assist in finding a suitable person for you service.
The Funeral Home Director will assist you with the planning details of the celebration of life to ensure that you can focus on you and your family at this stressful time.
